The task

Enhance the awareness on SumUp solutions among Italian small business owners, with a multi-touchpoint branding campaign targeting the cities of Turin, Rome and Palermo.

Develop a new awareness campaign for Italy evaluating between the creation of a new message from scratch or the transcreation into Italian of the UK campaign Make it count.

Supporting a team spread across Germany and USA,
I transcreated into Italian the main message of the UK campaign Make it count.

Aim of the campaign was to connect the passion of Italian small business owners to the enabling role of SumUp POS solutions in the success of their activity.

In the process, I ensured to keep the main concept relevant for the target audience of 3 cities - Milan, Turin and Palermo - and consistent with the original claim. 

By the end of this partnership I delivered:

  • a new campaign headline and concept

  • headlines for OOH and digital touchpoints

  • 3 radio scripts
